The Whole Brain Model that we certify in is The Neethling Brain Instruments (NBI). The NBI is a suite of multi-faceted developmental tools that were developed based on whole brain theory and functionality. 

The founder and creator of them, Dr. Kobus Neethling, took advantage of the research that Roger Sperry had conducted and won a Nobel Prize for in 1981 and created this comprehensive suite of instruments to assist individuals, teams, and companies optimize their performance, communication, and overall results. 

The applications are diverse and ideal for the development and placing of individuals, enhancing communication within teams and departments, assessing individual and organizational wellness, as well as a myriad of other factors.  

Whole Brain Thinking has become recognized as one of the most effective ways to increase all aspects of Emotional Intelligence especially self/other awareness and self/relationship management.

About the whole brain certification 

We offer a 1 day face to face training that includes supplementary personalized coaching and support.
