Kerry Garner Venter runs a boutique personal and professional development consultancy worldwide

High performing leaders and entrepreneurs who are in transition - and have tried everything (to no avail) - are the ones who call Kerry.

Her clients have included leaders of multi-million dollar international brands, leaders starting up new countries for global companies, entrepreneurs designing their own range of educational workshops, ex-super models, CFO’s managing massive budgets for global companies, creatives designing award winning campaigns for global brands, senior managers looking to complete transition out of corporate and reinvent themselves.

Kerry has refined a proprietary brain-based coaching approach incorporating whole system change, neuroscience, psychoneuroimmunology positive psychology, NLP, internal family systems, and human dynamics, making her highly sought after.

Her experience has ranged from being a senior consultant for a Global leadership development firm where she designed and delivered multi modular experiential leadership development programs with Fortune500 companies, to being the Executive Director of L&D of a global company, to successfully assisting senior leaders optimize their own and their team’s performance, to culture transformation, talent development, in her own global business.

She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Human Energy Systems at the University of Arizona, where she studied with professors who were on the cutting edge of studies in the nature of consciousness and then a Masters in Conscious Leadership Development and Whole System Change from Middlesex University.

Born in South Africa, educated in the States, she has worked on 3 continents and traveled to over 13 countries. Currently she lives with her husband and two fur babies in a small coastal town in KZN.
